Not everyone gets to represent their county on the hallowed Semple sod, but this Sunday, Sixth Class student Ali O'Connell will get to do just that. Ali will be part of a Tipperary Primary School camogie team who will take on their counterparts from Limerick at half time in the senior game. She had to attend numerous trials to be selected on this team and it is a great honour for herself, her family and her school.
Well done Ali and the very best of luck to you and all the Tipperary teams on Sunday. We have a feeling that this won't be your last time to play at Semple Stadium.
