Our swimmers continue to make excellent progress under the tutelage of Michael and his staff at Clonmel Swimming Pool. Third to Sixth Class finished their eight sessions at the pool just before Christmas and they received their certificates at our recent assembly.

Class of the Month - December 2018
The Class of the Month competition was very close for December. So close in fact that we had to recognize the runners up with an award for second place.
So well done to Third and Fourth Class for winning Class of the Month for December....and to Fifth and Sixth Class for running them so close.
Writers of the Month - December 2018
It's a wonder that, with all the excitement of Christmas, we got any writing done at all. We did though, and this lot impressed us all with their penmanship. Well done everyone!

Dear
Parents/Guardians
I would like to welcome you all back after the Christmas holidays and once again wish everyone a very happy New Year. Hope you all had a restful break as we face a new calendar year.
A big thank you to all for supporting the Christmas raffle and congratulations to all who won our fabulous prizes. Thanks to the many sponsors of our raffle prizes, local businesses, parents, staff and parents council. The raffle raised €1, 100 towards our fundraising and we are very grateful for your support. A big thank you also to our hard working Parents Council, who organised the raffle tickets, wrapped and organised the prizes at our raffle on the day of the Christmas Prayer Service.
